These terms (“Terms”) govern your use of Edudron’s website, mobile applications, and platform services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Individual learners must be at least 13 years old. Learners under 18 require parental consent in line with the DPDP Act 2023. Institutes contracting with Edudron must be registered legal entities.
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, write to security@edudron.com immediately.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all content you upload — courses, assessments, project files, profile information. You grant Edudron a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content, subject to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any third-party material you upload.
Edudron’s AI features (course authoring, question banks, simulations) produce drafts that you must review before publishing. AI output may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for verifying it before issuing it to students or to the public. Edudron makes no warranty that AI output is free of errors.
Institute subscriptions are billed in INR plus applicable GST, in advance, on the cycle set out in your order form. Fees collected from students via Razorpay are settled to your designated bank account net of Razorpay’s gateway fee. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month after a 15-day grace period.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, with notice where lawful and practicable. Institutes may terminate with 30 days’ notice; we’ll hand back a full data export. We may terminate any account that has been inactive for 24 months, after providing 30 days’ notice.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edudron disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Edudron’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms is capped at the fees paid by you to Edudron in the 12 months preceding the claim. Edudron is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
You agree to indemnify Edudron against third-party claims arising from (a) content you upload, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. Nothing in this clause restricts a Data Principal’s rights under the DPDP Act 2023.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify registered users by email at least 14 days before any material change.
