Do you support SSO with our existing identity provider?+
Yes. SAML 2.0 and OIDC on the Institute Pro plan. We've integrated with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and the more common Indian campus IdPs (DigiLocker, AICTE NSDL). On Starter we ship with email + OTP login.
Who owns the data?+
You do. All student records, course content, assessment data, and certificate logs are your institute's property. Full export to CSV / JSON / SCORM is one click away. We're a processor; you're the controller, per DPDP Act 2023.
What does it actually cost?+
See the
pricing page for the per-student-per-year base rate. Institute Pro is custom and includes white-labelling, SSO, and a dedicated success manager. There is no migration fee in 2026.
Can we host on-premise?+
Edudron is a multi-tenant SaaS hosted in Azure India regions (Central India + South India failover). We do not currently offer on-prem. For sovereign-cloud requirements (state universities, defence) we can deploy in a dedicated Azure subscription on the Pro plan.
What's the exit clause?+
30 days' notice, no penalty. We hand back a full data export in standard formats. We'd rather earn the renewal than tie it down by contract.
Can the mobile app carry our branding?+
Yes, on Institute Pro. We re-skin the app with your logo, colours, and splash, then either publish it under your Google Play developer account or under ours with your name. Apple's policies make a fully white-labelled iOS app possible but slow — we'll walk you through it.
How do you handle outages and incidents?+
99.9% uptime SLA on Pro. Real-time status at status.edudron.com. Sev-1 incidents trigger a phone call to your IT head within 15 minutes. Post-mortems posted publicly within 5 business days.
Do you do faculty training for non-technical teachers?+
Yes. Two days on-campus, two follow-up webinars, one printed quick-start in English and Hindi. Our pilot partners include faculty across age groups — the workflow is built to be friendly without being patronising.
