FAQ

Things institutes ask about pricing.

Is the per-student rate net or gross?+
Net of GST. We invoice in INR, add 18% GST. Annual prepay; quarterly invoicing on Pro by arrangement.
What counts as a "student"?+
Any active learner enrolled in at least one course in the billing year. Alumni accounts that only log in to download a transcript don't count.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. Migration and onboarding are included for institutes signing in 2026.
Can we pay from CSR or grant funds?+
Yes. We've raised invoices against AICTE grants, state skill missions, and corporate CSR programmes. Send us the funding entity's GSTIN; we'll handle the paperwork.
Do you have an academic discount?+
All institute pricing is academic pricing. We don't have a higher commercial tier.
